Cinni fans launched at Varanasi, U.P. (India) in 1950 by engineer entrepreneur Late.Shri Raj Kumar Sah who did his engineering in mechanical and electrical from BENCO which later got designated an Indian Institute of Technology in 2012, commonly known as IIT (BHU), he was amongst the first alumni of BENCO which was founded in 1919. Cinni Fans sky rocketed to national & international recognition, equipped with remarkable daintiness strength, high speed, innovative design and universal ability. Cinni established themselves as pioneers in the industry. The founder Late Shri Raj Kumar Sah started this brand Cinni with the vision to create a small scale industry for Varanasi and also to create employment and engineering training for rural India further creating a cottage industry which came to be famously known as Black fans (kala Pankha) of Varanasi. The production of fans started as early as 1950 and Late Shri Raj Kumar Sah later involved both his sons Late Shri Rajendra Kumar Sah & Shri Ravindra Kumar sah into his business. The fan division having experience of 65 years now has transformed the concept of the fan from a need to an object of grandeur. Late Shri Rajendra Kumar Sah further strengthened the Cinni Group by taking the brand name Cinni to phenomenal heights by achieving manufacturing capacity of over 5 lac fans, also by storming the International market selling Cinni fans in various continents namely - North America , Europe ( U.K, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain & Sweden ) Australia & Asia (Japan) since 1986.
