Project Name: BLOCK HOUSE (Mr&Mrs Roshan Residence)
Project Type: Consultancy project _ Construction Ongoing
Description: The project was proposed in a suburban development, where we had a small chunk of land where every inch to inch land was a major design constrain. We did the zoning as per the functional needs of the client and created spaces that fitted well for a nuclear family. We had to create a statement through massing, we used functional volumes as our elements to bring out the articulation we intended to.

Design Description:
We were briefed to create a space which stands in the fine line between between a Shop and a Showroom for the Arasan Shirts & Trousers Franchise. We had to create a design which should be statement for the Brand and the design was kept functional & minimalistic for which we as a firm who are known for.

The color scheme we took was to showcase the Brand, its products, the space into a single entity - The Franchise outlet. It was an attempt to bring out much from a very small space into a showroom. We have kept the elements so minimal to give a statement for the brand. Our team has worked really well in tandem with coordination to complete the project on time to meet the client's Pooja holidays sales in the stipulated time frame. We have made use of cheaper yet effective materials in our project.
