Brandix India Apparel City (BIAC) and Brandix Apparel India (BAI) units distributed Junior Scholarships to the children of associates under the Brandix India Scholarship Programme.

Supporting students from Grades 1 to 10 with school bags and essential stationery, the initiative reflects Brandix’s commitment to nurturing young minds and empowering the next generation through education.

Meet Karanam Satyavathi — Senior Executive, Production ✨

Satyavathi’s Brandix journey began with a clear purpose, to build a stable future for herself and her family. Through determination, resilience, and hard work, she has grown into a leader who continues to inspire those around her.

To Satyavathi, being a woman in the apparel industry means independence, confidence, and the ability to support and lead her family while building a meaningful career.

Starting her career as a machine operator, a defining moment in Satyavathi’s journey was choosing to step forward despite the challenges she faced. Inspired by the women and leaders around her, she embraced new responsibilities, progressed into a supervisory role, and continued to grow with confidence. Today, she serves as Senior Executive – Production.

Today, she takes pride in independently managing a 12-line process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and consistently driving performance.

What makes her proudest is seeing the people she has mentored grow into trainers, technicians, team leaders, and professionals across staff and executive roles.

Her advice to young women starting their careers: Believe in yourself. Be flexible and keep learning. Take every opportunity that comes your way. With determination, anyone can achieve great things. ✨

We are honoured that Brandix India Apparel City (BIAC) was recognised by Hon’ble Union Minister for Textiles, Shri Giriraj Singh Ji, during his recent visit to our integrated textile and apparel ecosystem in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

The visit highlighted BIAC’s role in driving employment generation, women’s empowerment, exports, and sustainable industrial development through a fully integrated value chain.

The Hon’ble Minister was accompanied by Smt. Vijaya Krishnan, Collector & District Magistrate, Anakapalle, and Smt. Rekha Rani, Commissioner, Handlooms & Textiles, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Spread across 1,000 acres, BIAC continues to strengthen India’s position as a globally competitive manufacturing destination by bringing together world-class infrastructure, sustainability-led operations, and opportunities for inclusive growth.

We thank the Hon’ble Minister and the accompanying dignitaries for their visit and encouragement, and reaffirm our commitment to supporting the vision of Make in India and Viksit Bharat.

BIAC marks the milestone of 150 Eye Camps 👁️

Through this initiative, ~60,000 beneficiaries have received eye care support, including 41,162 spectacles distributed and 4,391 surgeries facilitated.

This milestone reflects BIAC’s continued commitment to community well-being and accessible healthcare.

World Safety Day at BIAC.

Brandix India Apparel City (BIAC) observed World Safety Day with an awareness session on “Lead Well & Stay Well” by Ms. Syamala Madaka, Wellness Counselling & Mental Well-being, Brandix Apparel India. The session was organised by Mr. Prasad Babu, Head of Safety, BIAC.

Aligned with the theme “Let’s ensure a healthy psychosocial working environment,” the session focused on promoting well-being and a supportive workplace culture.

Prizes were also presented to the winners of National Safety Week, recognising their commitment to workplace safety.
