Rucha Engineers – Plant 10 hosted a cross-functional learning session focused on knowledge sharing, benchmarking and best-practice exchange.

REPL Teams from Hosur and Mysore along with Sandhar, Rajashreya, Metalman and ELKYAM, and the TVSM team, participated in the session.

The session provided a valuable platform to share experiences and learnings around fabrication processes and operations, encouraging teams to exchange ideas, benchmark practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Such collaborative learning initiatives strengthen our culture of knowledge sharing, teamwork and operational excellence.

Celebrating Ganpati with a spirit of sharing and care.

This Ganpati festival, our team had the opportunity to celebrate with the children of Urmi Ashram by organizing and serving them a special meal.
The warmth and happiness shared during the visit made the occasion truly memorable. It was a reminder that festivals are not only about traditions, but also about coming together, spreading kindness and making a positive difference in our community.

Another meaningful Plant Communication Meeting at Rucha Engineers, bringing our teams together to connect, recognise achievements and stay aligned on our journey of continuous improvement.

The session featured an inspiring address by Mr. Rahul Tupe, encouraging our employees to keep raising the bar and contributing with ownership and commitment.
