UPDATE on MK SERVICE TRADING CO., LTD – PLEASE READ & SHARE

Hi all,

Following our previous post regarding MK SERVICE TRADING CO., LTD, we were contacted by many people — thank you all for your support and information.

From what we have learned so far:
🔍 It seems this is not actually an import/export company, but rather a service-based business in Vietnam.
⚠️ Someone may be misusing the name "MK Trading" to import goods from India.
📦 We had shipped a container in good faith in 2023 with the assurance of payment upon delivery — which was never received.

Right now, things are still unclear and confusing, but we strongly believe that the real owner of MK SERVICE TRADING CO., LTD must be aware of who from their company (or under their name) is involved in this import.

🙏 We are requesting help from anyone who knows the truth about who is behind this transaction or who the real importer is.

💰 As a gesture of gratitude, we are ready to offer a reward to anyone who helps us recover our valuable payment or helps identify the responsible party.

📍 469 Tran Nhan Tong Street, Nam Son Ward, Kien An District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam

In 2023, we shipped a container to this company based on a mutual agreement that payment would be made upon delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and messages, we have not received any payment to date — and it has now been over 3 years.

This lack of response and failure to uphold their promise has caused significant losses and trust issues. As a company, we believed in building business on trust and professionalism, but unfortunately, MK SERVICE TRADING CO., LTD has failed us.

We are sharing this publicly to alert other exporters and businesses so they don’t face the same experience.
