لە 2012 دامەزراوين لە سلێمانى – عێراق ، بؤ ئيش كردن لە بوارى ديكۆرات و بيناسازى ، ستافێكين پێكهاتووە لە كەسانى موهەنديس و شارەزاو لێهاتوو بۆ ئيش كردن لە بوارەكانى ديزاين - جێبەجێ كردن و سەرپەرشتيارى دا كە ئەتوانى بە متمانەى تەواو و بە بێ دوو دلڵى پشتمان پێ ببەستيت بۆ ئەنجامدانى ئيشەكەت (لە هەر قۆناغێكدا بێت) .
* شێوازى ديزاين كردنمان زۆر جياوازە و هەوڵمان داوە دوور بين لە ديزاينى هاوشێوە و دووبارە .
* جێبةجێ كردن بە باشترين كواليتى و جوانترين كەرەستەى سەردەميانە .
* سەرپەرشتيارى بەردەوام و بەرپرسيارانە هەرلە سەرەتاى دەست پێکردنەوە تا كۆتايى هاتنى ئيشەكەت .
خزمەت گوزاريەكانى هاوس بريتين لە :

4- ديزاين و جێبەجێ كردنى هةموو ئيشێكى ناوەوە و دەرەوە بەهەموو وردە كاریەكانیەوە :
- بەشى كارەبا
- سيستةمى ڕووناكى و lightning
- بةشى ميكانيك (بة هةموو وردة كارى يەكەوە)
- ڕوپۆش كردنى عەرز بە شێوازى جياواز و بە كواليتى بەرز و بە مەوادى : كاشى ، سيراميك ، مەڕمەڕ ، تەختەى عەرزى و دارى سروشتى
- ديكۆراتى سەقف بە : كوناف ، جبسم بۆرد ، تەختە ، دارى سروشتى ، ئاسن ، شوشە ، قوماش
- دروست كردن و ڕازاندنەوەى باخ و سەوزايى لة دەرەوە و ناوەوەى بينا .
5- ديزاينى پێداويستيةكانى ناو ماڵ (مێز – كورسى – لەوحە – اكسسوارات و ...) و دروست كردنيان بە مەوادى جۆراوجۆر لەسەر خواستى ئێوە .
6ـپسپۆرى و ئەزموونى ساڵانى پێشوومان هەیە لەپەیوەندى و كاركردنمان لەگەڵ کۆمپانیاكانی دەرەوەى وڵات بۆ دابينكردن و هێنانى هەموو جۆرە كەرەستەيەكى تايبەت بە بينا سازى و هەروەها هەر پێداويستيەكى ناوماڵ لةسةر داخوازيتان .
