We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our team in Baghdad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, loading and unloading, organizing deliveries and vehicles, and maintaining accurate inventory records through Odoo (ERP systems).
Location: Baghdad – Iraq
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily warehouse and logistics activities.
• Handle loading and unloading of spare parts and materials.
• Organize and coordinate company vehicles and deliveries.
• Receive, store, and issue materials and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Update warehouse transactions using Odoo )ERP systems(.
• Coordinate with sales, service, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and safety.
Qualifications
• Nationality: Iraqi.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred or a related field.
• Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP/inventory systems.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good computer and English language skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
