【Empowering Local Talent, Strengthening Client Collaboration】
On August 4, the Anton Al-Waha Business Branch Maintenance Project team organized a hands-on mechanical skills competition for local employees at the worksite. Leaders from the Production Department of Al-Waha Petroleum Company were invited to attend, observe, and provide guidance.

The competition focused on the inspection and adjustment of coupling alignment for large centrifugal pumps. Through hands-on equipment operations, participants were comprehensively assessed on their professional capabilities in mechanical principles, equipment adjustment, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety procedures. During the competition, the project team introduced the skills assessment criteria and standardized operating procedures to the client and engaged in in-depth technical discussions on equipment maintenance and field operations. The local employees demonstrated proficient and standardized operating skills, earning high recognition from the client.

By promoting learning and practical skills through competition, the Maintenance Project team continues to strengthen the professional skills and independent operational capabilities of local employees. These efforts not only provide solid support for the safe and reliable operation of equipment, but also further strengthen cooperation with the client in talent development and technical collaboration.

【ANTON Sets a New Coiled Tubing Record in Iraq】
ANTON's East Baghdad Coiled Tubing team has successfully completed an acid stimulation operation in an ultra-long open-hole horizontal well, setting a new record for coiled tubing reach in Iraq's horizontal section.

With a total well depth of over 6,300 m and a 3,500 m horizontal section, the project presented significant technical challenges, including high friction and extended CT reach. Following the client's urgent request, the team mobilized personnel, equipment and materials, completing site relocation and operational preparation within just two days.

By applying an innovative staged acid stimulation solution, dual-size coiled tubing strings, advanced reach-extension technology and friction reduction techniques, the team achieved a coiled tubing reach of nearly 5,900 m, effectively stimulated approximately 3,100 m of the horizontal section, and successfully pumped a total of 1,500 m³ of acid.The project was delivered safely, efficiently and to the client's full satisfaction, demonstrating ANTON's technical expertise in production enhancement solutions for complex horizontal wells.

On July 11, Mr. Fan Yonghong, President of ANTON Group, led a delegation to meet with Mr. Mohamed Yassin, Director General of the Iraqi Midland Oil Company (MdOC). The two sides exchanged views on the progress of the Dhufriyah Oilfield exploration project and explored opportunities for future cooperation.

Mr. Mohamed Yassin spoke highly of the progress achieved at the Dhufriyah Oilfield and expressed his appreciation for ANTON's long-standing commitment to high-quality project delivery and close collaboration. On July 8, Mr. Fan Yonghong, Chairman of Anton Iraq Region, led a delegation to visit H.E. Xiang Bo, the newly appointed Ambassador of China to Iraq, to congratulate him on his appointment and share updates on Anton's business development in Iraq. The delegation also included Mr. Ren Yingpeng, President of Anton Iraq Region, Mr. Qiu Chao, General Manager of Dhufriyah Oilfield, and Mr. Ye Qiong, Sales Director of Anton Iraq Region.

The two sides exchanged views on China-Iraq energy cooperation and future development. Ambassador Xiang spoke highly of Anton's achievements in Iraq and encouraged the company to continue contributing to bilateral energy cooperation.

【Garraf O&M Team Recognized for Innovative Synchronization Solution】
On July 4, the TOC Business Branch of Anton Iraq celebrated another important milestone as the ANTON O&M Team successfully developed an innovative power synchronization scheme between the Garraf Power Generation Plant and the client's Backup Diesel Generator (DG) Power Plant.
In recognition of this outstanding technical achievement, PETRONAS presented a Recognition Certificate to the Garraf Power Plant ANTON O&M Team for their innovation, professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence in supporting the successful restoration of the Garraf Power Network.

【 Anton Brings First ESP Well Online at the Ahdeb Oilfield】
On June 30, the Ahdeb Branch of Anton Oilfield Services Iraq Region, together with the client, held a commissioning ceremony to mark the successful startup of the AD4-11-5H well—the first ESP well brought online at the Ahdeb Oilfield since operations resumed.

The successful commissioning of the AD4-11-5H well marks an important milestone for Anton’s ESP services at the Ahdeb Oilfield and paves the way for future ESP deployment across the field. Despite challenging operating conditions, the project team rapidly mobilized resources, executed the project efficiently, and maintained high standards of on-site management throughout implementation. In recognition of the team's outstanding technical support and field ex*****on, the client presented the project team with a letter of appreciation.

Looking ahead, the Ahdeb Branch of Anton Oilfield Services Iraq Region will continue to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality ESP services while strengthening project ex*****on and operational excellence. 【Anton Halfaya O&M Project Concludes Fourth Joint QHSE Improvement Initiative】

On June 30, the Anton Iraq Region Halfaya O&M Project, in partnership with PetroChina, successfully concluded its Fourth Joint QHSE Improvement Initiative with a closing and recognition ceremony. The initiative was launched to strengthen safety collaboration and enhance risk management.

The initiative promoted closer collaboration through shared safety responsibility and joint on-site risk management. PetroChina personnel actively participated in supervising critical operations, including substation maintenance, filter cleaning, and compressor servicing, helping ensure the consistent implementation of safety measures across the worksite.

During the ceremony, Operations Superintendent noted that the continued implementation of the joint initiative has strengthened coordination between Anton and PetroChina in both operations and safety management. He added that the initiative has also helped standardize on-site safety practices, contributing to the safe and stable operation of CPF while improving overall operational discipline.

The initiative was highly recognized by the client, reaffirming both parties' shared commitment to operational excellence and a proactive safety culture. Moving forward, Anton and PetroChina will continue expanding joint supervision, strengthening proactive risk management, and enhancing hazard control to further improve collaborative safety performance.

On June 17, Mr. Luo Lin, Chairman of Anton Oilfield Services, led a delegation to meet with H.E. Bassem Mohammed Khudhair Al-Abadi, Minister of Oil of Iraq, accompanied by Ren Yingpeng, Group Vice President and President of the Iraq Region， and other members of the delegation.

The two sides held constructive discussions on topics related to the oil and gas industry.

H.E. Al-Abadi spoke highly of Anton’s long-term commitment to Iraq and its contribution to the development of the country’s energy sector, and expressed his expectation for closer communication and cooperation.

【The Ahdeb Branch held a 5S Management Improvement Summary & Recognition Meeting】
On May 31, the Ahdeb Branch of Anton Oilfield Services Iraq Region and the client jointly held a 5S Management Improvement Summary & Recognition Meeting to jointly review the outcomes of a one-month site improvement initiative.

The initiative was closely integrated with the client’s “ANLAN” Safety Campaign, targeting a “30-second response” standard across 35 work scenarios. Focusing on warehouses and operational areas, the program systematically strengthened site standardization, resulting in clear improvements in material management, site organization, and operational efficiency.

The outcomes were well received by the client, further strengthening shared focus on site management and safety culture. Moving forward, the Ahdeb Branch will build on these results and further improve site performance and efficiency.
