غيل مختلف المنظومات الميكانيكية والكهربائية ومنظومات السيطرة والحماية باستخدام الكومبيوتر وأعمال الاشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع بعد اعداد الدراسات والتصاميم لها وتقديم الاستشارات الهندسية وأدارة المشاريع المختلفة ومن ضمنها المجمعات السكنية والتجارية والفنادق والمستشفيات والجسور والابنية الخدمية ووحدات ومحطات معالجة وتنقية المياه ومحطات الصرف الصحي وشبكاتها وملحقات محطات انتاج الطاقة الكهربائية (الاجهزة المساعدة) وملحقات مصافي تكرير النفط ووحدات صناعية مختلفة والمنظومات الالكترونية المختلفة.
مكتبنا (مكتب الخوارزمي للاستشارات الهندسية) مسجل لدى لجنة المكاتب الهندسية في نقابة المهندسين العراقية (الجهة القطاعية للمكاتب الهندسية الاستشارية في العراق) في عام 1998 تحت الرقم(572) بمرتبة أستشاري وفي جميع الأختصاصات الهندسية وكادر مكتبنا يضم طواقم علمية هندسية تسندها كفاءات علمية من مختلف الجهات العراقية والأجنبية ذو خبرة عريقة في مجالات التصاميم والاشراف واعداد وثائق المناقصات اضافة الى الطواقم الادارية والقانونية والفنية.

بناية المطعم ضمن مشروع منتجع جمار الترفيهي في كربلاء المقدسة
في إطار مشروع إنشاء منتجع سياحي – ترفيهي في مدينة كربلاء المقدسة، تضمّنت التصاميم المعمارية والمدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية ومخططات البنى التحتية للموقع إنشاء مطعم رئيسي مع جلسات خارجية تمتد على مساحة تفوق 600 متر مربع، يُشكّل أحد المرتكزات الأساسية لهذا المنتجع الذي تبلغ مساحته الإجمالية 13,000 متر مربع.
ويندرج المطعم ضمن منظومة متكاملة من المرافق والخدمات السياحية والترفيهية، تشمل أسواقاً ومحالاً وأكشاكاً تجارية، وقاعة متعددة الأغراض، ومنطقة ألعاب للأطفال، وحدائق وممرات مشاة تمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 6,000 متر مربع، إضافةً إلى مسرح ومسبح ومدرّج خارجي ومرافق خدمية مكمّلة.

The Restaurant Building within the Jummar Entertainment Resort Project in the Holy City of Karbala
As part of the project for the construction of a tourist and entertainment resort in the holy city of Karbala, the architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical designs, along with the site infrastructure plans, incorporate a main restaurant with outdoor seating areas extending over a space exceeding 600 square meters, constituting one of the key components of this resort, which spans a total area of 13,000 square meters.
The restaurant is an integral part of a comprehensive complex of tourist and recreational facilities and services, encompassing commercial markets, shops, and kiosks, a multipurpose hall, a children's play area, gardens and pedestrian walkways extending over an area exceeding 6,000 square meters, in addition to an outdoor theatre, a swimming pool, an amphitheatre, and complementary service facilities.

مشروع تصميم (8) جملونات صناعية | منطقة عويريج الصناعية – بغداد
ضمن سلسلة مشاريعنا الهندسية، تم الانتهاء من تصميم مشروع يضم ثمانية (8) جملونات صناعية في منطقة عويريج الصناعية بمحافظة بغداد، لتُستخدم كمخازن جافة مخصصة لحفظ المواد الكهربائية والإنشائية.
صُممت جميع الجملونات وفقاً لمعايير السلامة الإنشائية ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني المعتمدة، بما يوفّر بيئة تخزين آمنة تحفظ المواد المخزّنة وتصون سلامة المنشأة والعاملين فيها.

Design Project for (8) Industrial Warehouses | Owairij Industrial Area – Baghdad
As part of our ongoing engineering projects, we have completed the design of a project comprising eight (8) industrial gable-roofed warehouses in the Owairij Industrial Area, Baghdad Governorate, to be used as dry storage warehouses for electrical and construction materials.
All the warehouses were designed in accordance with structural safety standards and approved Civil Defense requirements, ensuring a safe storage environment that protects the stored materials and safeguards the safety of the facility and its personnel.

بناية البيت الظلي ضمن مشروع منتجع جمار الترفيهي في كربلاء المقدسة
في إطار مشروع إنشاء منتجع سياحي – ترفيهي في مدينة كربلاء المقدسة، تُعد بناية "البيت الظلي" (Shade House) أحد أبرز المرافق التي يتضمنها المشروع، حيث يجمع بين الأشجار الظلية وأحواض الأسماك ضمن تصميم متكامل يوفر بيئة طبيعية هادئة تليق بمكانة المدينة المقدسة.
ويندرج هذا المرفق ضمن التصاميم المعمارية والمدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية ومخططات البنى التحتية التي أعدّها مكتب الخوارزمي للاستشارات الهندسية لمشروع المنتجع، الذي يُنفَّذ حالياً لصالح شركة صرح الهادي للتجارة العامة والمقاولات، ويمتد على مساحة إجمالية تبلغ 13,000 متر مربع.

As part of the tourism and recreational resort project being developed in the holy city of Karbala, the Shade House building stands as one of the project's most prominent facilities. It brings together shade trees and fish ponds within an integrated design that offers a tranquil natural environment befitting the city's sacred status.
This facility falls within the architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical designs and infrastructure plans prepared by Al-Khawarizmi Office for Engineering Consultancy for the resort project. The project, currently under implementation for Sarh Al-Hadi General Trading and Contracting Company, spans a total area of 13,000 square meters.

في إطار العمل على مشروع المنتجع السياحي الترفيهي بكربلاء المقدسة، أنجز مكتبنا الهندسي منظومة تصاميم متكاملة لبناية السوبر ماركت، تشمل المحاور الآتية:

عُقد في مديرية بلديات محافظة بابل اجتماع لمناقشة المرحلة الثالثة من مشروع تحديث التصميم الأساسي لناحية الشوملي، بحضور الجهات المعنية والكادر الفني المختص.
وتناول الاجتماع متابعة متطلبات المرحلة الحالية ومناقشة عدد من الجوانب التخطيطية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالمشروع، بما ينسجم مع توجهات تطوير الواقع العمراني والخدمي لناحية الشوملي وتحقيق متطلبات التوسع المستقبلي.

A meeting was held at the Babil Municipalities Directorate to discuss the third phase of the Al-Shomali Subdistrict Master Plan Update Project, in the presence of the concerned authorities and the specialized technical staff.
The meeting addressed the follow-up requirements of the current phase and discussed several planning and organizational aspects related to the project, in line with the goals of developing the urban and service reality of Al-Shomali Subdistrict and meeting future expansion needs.

عملت كوادر مكتب الخوارزمي للاستشارات الهندسية على إعداد التصاميم المعمارية لمنزل استراحة داخل مزرعة،
بما يحقق التوازن بين الوظيفة والجمال، ويعزز ارتباط الفضاءات الداخلية بالمحيط الطبيعي.
وقد راعى التصميم توظيف الإضاءة الطبيعية، واختيار مواد تتناسب مع طبيعة الموقع.

The team at Al-Khwarizmi Engineering Consultancy Office worked on preparing the architectural designs for a farmhouse retreat residence,
aiming to achieve a balance between functionality and aesthetics, while enhancing the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding natural environment.
The design also considered the use of natural lighting and the selection of materials that suit the nature of the site.
