We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Structural BIM Modeler / Structural Drafter to join our engineering team. The role involves developing structural models in Revit, preparing detailed structural drawings, and supporting senior engineers in the preparation of design documentation for concrete and steel structures.
The ideal candidate should have strong modeling and detailing skills, with basic understanding of structural design principles and familiarity with structural analysis software such as ETABS and SAFE.
Location: Erbil – KRG
Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience
Required Skills:
• Good proficiency in Revit (Structural Modeling & Detailing).
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
• Basic understanding of reinforced concrete and steel structural systems.
• Basic familiarity with structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, and similar tools.
• Understanding of structural drawings (plans, sections, details, schedules).
• Ability to interpret structural calculations and convert them into shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain structural BIM models in Revit.
• Prepare structural drawings.
• Assist senior engineers in translating structural calculations into detailed drawings.
• Perform quantity take-offs from BIM models when required.
• Revise drawings based on engineer comments and site feedback.
