Fabrication of pressure vessels and LP Bullets The workshops at al- Sarmed al- Abady receives the row materials and state fabrication activities by grit blasting, cutting, drilling, beveling and welding the vessels parts as per fabrication drawings, inter standards and codes ASME. All non-destructive test takes place during fabrication storages to assure the quality. Fabrication of Large storage tanks for crude and oil products: The row materials received at al- Sarmed al- Abady sand blasted, cutting, beveling, bending shell plates as per drawing and standard API-650 and perform non-distractive test as required during fabrication stages. Fabrication of heat exchangers: The row materials (forging, plates, tubes) received in our workshops and start matching, assembly of bundles for the shell and tube and air finned coolers type, also perform all non-destructive tests required by TEMA. Fabrication of water treatment packages: The workshops fabricate water treatment packages as per know-how and basic engineering licensors. The detailed engineering is prepared in our company. The clarifiers, sand filters, tie-in piping are completely fabricated and assembled on skids and tested in our workshops. Fabrication of various steel structures: The workshops receive the materials (standard sections, plates) and sand blast the profiles, cutting, drilling and welding the structure members, steel grinders as per fabrication drawings and applied standard AISI and AWS. Fabrication of packaged crude unit of 10,000 BPSD: The workshops receive the basic engineering and prepare detailed engineering. Issue the purchase orders for row materials of equipment (towers, vessels, heat exchangers, furnaces, steel structure) fabricate and assemble the equipment and piping on skids also lay the cables and field control devices. Perform all non-distractive tests as per applied codes and standards.
