--در راستاي استاندارد سازي دستگاههاي بالابر و پيست ها
جلسه مشترك فدراسيون و نمايندگان استاندارد برگزار شد--

"جلسه مشترك مسئولان فدراسيون با نمايندگان شركت ذيصلاح استاندارد در خصوص اخذ مجوز استاندارد دستگاهها بالابر و پيستها برگزار شد .
در اين جلسه كه با حضور طالبي سرپرست فدراسيون ، سولقاني دبير ، ملازاده رئيس كميته فني دستگاههاي بالابر و نمايندگان شركت ذيصلاح و مورد تاييد استاندارد برگزار شد ، طرفين در خصوص ارائه فاكتورهاي لازم براي اخذ مجوز پيستها به توافق رسيدند و مقرر شد نرخ گذاري و كسب مجوز بهره برداري پيستها از طريق اين توافق به انجام برسد .
اين جلسه درراستاي افزايش ايمني و استاندارد سازي پيستها برگزار گرديد"

1-1-Gamma Scanning
Gamma Scanning service is a quick and reliable technique for evaluating the operating characteristics inside your distillation towers. Gamma Scans have been proven effective on both packed bed and trayed towers and are used for observing process fluids (liquids, foam and v***r) in real time and determining the condition of components inside the tower.

1-2-Neutron back scatter
Neutron Back scatter Technique provides reliable level measurements of the fluids inside your vessels. Our Neutron Back scatter equipment can remain on the exterior of your vessel while reading the levels inside. It is quick, accurate, portable and cost effective.
• 1-3-Pipe scan
Deposits and blockages within your pipeline or process stream have a negative effect on your process and can be difficult and costly to locate through traditional methods. Pipe Scanning service is a quick and effective technique for locating and quantifying these deposits.
• 1-4-CAT Scan

1-5-Guided Wave
The Long Range Guided Wave Ultrasonic Technique was designed to inspect long section of piping from a single location. torsional or longitudinal guided waves are induced into the pipe body and propagated along the pipe segment being inspected. When these guided waves identify an anomaly of pipe feature they mode convert into laminar waves and reflect back to the tools original location. Using a laptop these signals are digitally captured and processed. The time-of-flight for each signature is calculated to determine the distance from the tool and the significance of the anomaly. The octanes determine the position around the pipe.
1-6-TOFD
Time Of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) is an advanced weld examination technique utilizing a single line scan to accurately detect and size weld defects of all types. It is a fast and efficient way to scan a lot of weld in a short time period. Dead zones near the front and back surface can be enhanced using combined TOFD and convention pulse echo techniques. Additional TOFD probe pairs can be added to scan welds in heavy wall components.

1-7-Phased Array
Many material configurations are not adequately being inspected due to their complex geometries and the limitations of currently available technology. Ultrasonic Phased Array Technology is now available which allow complex geometry materials to be inspected from a single access point by providing beam steering, dynamic focusing and electronic positioning capability. Ultrasonic Phased Array Transducers with digital ultrasonic systems allow real-time control of three important ultrasonic probe parameters including focal distance, beam angle and focal spot size. These are all continuously and dynamically adjustable allowing ultrasonic waves to be steered and focused in the direction of interest.
1-8-Acoustic Emission
Acoustic Emission (AE) refers to the generation of transient elastic waves produced by a sudden redistribution of stress in a material. When a structure is subjected to an external stimulus (change in pressure, load, or temperature), localized sources trigger the release of energy, in the form of stress waves, which propagate to the surface and are recorded by sensors. Detection and analysis of AE signals can supply valuable information regarding the origin and importance of a discontinuity in a material. Because of the versatility of Acoustic Emission Testing (AET), it has many industrial applications (e.g. assessing structural integrity, detecting flaws, testing for leaks, or monitoring weld quality) and is used extensively as a research tool.
1-9-Vibration Test
There are two type of force in machinery, statics & Dynamics. Vibrant forces are Dynamical type which is formed due to defect in the machine .Design limits, initial installation malfunction and operational problems are some reasons to reveal this defect. Vibrations of each rotating equipment have direct relation to its conditions so that every change (even so small) in equipment conditions will be led to change in vibration specification.
Therefore, vibration measurement is one of the main techniques for rotating machinery and equipment monitoring. The most important point in diagnosis with vibration analysis is that each defect in rotating equipments has its own vibration specifications (such as domain, frequency, phase,…. )
Damaged foundation, electrical problems, aerodynamic & hydraulic malfunction and piping problems are just some example that can be identified with vibration test.
1-10- MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING
This method involves the magnetization of an area to be examined and the application of ferromagnetic particles to the surface. The particles gather at areas of magnetic flux leakage and form indications characteristic of the type of discontinuity detected.
1-11- PE*****TE TESTING
Liquid penetrant examination methods indicate the presence, location and, to a limited
Extent, the nature of the detected discontinuities. The requirements are intended to detect discontinuities that are open to test-surface.
1-12-RADIOGRAPHY TESTING
Radiography is basically a two - dimensional picture of the intensity distribution of a form of radiation that is projected from a source and has passed through a material which attenuates the intensity of the radiation.
1-13-Ultrasonic Examination
method of ultrasonically examining the welded joints, heat affected zone and adjacent base material using manual, contact and pulse – echo ultrasonic techniques , for determine and evaluate the severity of internal discontinuities.
2.DT
In Order to Investigate The Mechanical Properties Such As Tensile Ultimate Strength, Hardness, toughness… and correct evaluations from materials and equipment, the destructive test (DT) should be performed.
2-1-Tensile Test
A tensile test, also known as tension test, is probably the most fundamental type of mechanical test you can perform on material. Tensile tests are simple, relatively inexpensive, and fully standardized. By pulling on something, you will very quickly determine how the material will react to forces being applied in tension. As the material is being pulled, you will find its strength along with how much it will elongate.
2-2-Impact Test
Impact testing is testing an object's ability to resist high-rate loading. An impact test is a test for determining the energy absorbed in fracturing a test piece at high velocity
2-3-Fatigue Test
The definition of fatigue testing can be thought of as simply applying cyclic loading to your test specimen to understand how it will perform under similar conditions in actual use. The load application can either be a repeated application of a fixed load or simulation of in-service loads. The load application may be repeated millions of times and up to several hundred times per second.
2-4-Bend test
Bend testing measures the ductility of materials. Terms associated with bend testing apply to specific forms or types of materials.
2-5-Compression test
A compression test determines behavior of materials under crushing loads. The specimen is compressed and deformation at various loads is recorded. Compressive stress and strain are calculated and plotted as a stress-strain diagram which is used to determine elastic limit, proportional limit, yield point, yield strength and, for some materials, compressive strength.
