EN 1677, the European standard for forged lifting components, sets two reference values. Our tensile bench in Albese con Cassano applies those loads and measures the result.

The last stop before the truck.

An automated warehouse, up to 12,000 pallets of finished product, a few hundred metres from where it was forged. Stock sized on weeks of average demand, and every pick tells production what to replace.

Most of the C811X H.T. works out of sight once it is bolted down. Worth a look before it goes on the load.

• On the bail: CARTEC, CE, WLL, batch, code and grade, all legible before every lift
• Under the bolt head: the base turns so the ring faces the load; set it before lifting
• On the thread: M8 to M30, UNC available
• In service: up to 20,000 lifts at full load

One rotating eyebolt, metric or UNC.
The C800 is our rotating eyebolt with ring — one family that scales from light assembly to heavy industrial lifting. The ring rotates to follow the direction of pull, so the point stays aligned with the load instead of taking it sideways. Available in metric and UNC threads.

Saltwater works on the parts of a lifting accessory nobody looks at — inside the threads, the articulation points, the seats under load. By the time it shows on the surface, the section the WLL was calculated on is already gone.

In marine and offshore work, the environment is part of the load case: the material has to be chosen for the setting, not only for the weight. That's what the CARTEC G60 range is built for — stainless steel with corrosion resistance in the material itself, for marine, offshore and hygiene-critical settings.
