In occasione di Colazione d'Autore, il nostro docente della Carpigiani Gelato University, Gabriele Vannucci, insieme al Pastry Chef Vincenzo Digifico, ha dato vita a un percorso di degustazione all'insegna della tecnica, della creatività e della condivisione.

Per l'occasione, gelati e sorbetti realizzati da Gabriele Vannucci sono stati abbinati a sfogliati e preparazioni dolci e salate firmate da Vincenzo Digifico, in un viaggio di sapori che ha spaziato dalla tradizione a proposte più originali e contemporanee.
