Fratelli Carlessi began its activity as an engineering company in 1925 , then in 1953 it began to specialize in the construction of machines and plants for tannery . In the following years, it expanded its range of products for drying, conditioning and finishing . The experience and innovation of Fratelli Carlessi as a manufacturer have led the company to become a leader in the sector , with thous

ands of systems installed in about 90 countries. In 2009 Fratelli Carlessi joins Erretre , a company with which he has collaborated since the 1970s for the development of technologies in leather finishing. This gave the company a new impetus, with the updating of the entire product range and the development of revolutionary new technologies . The attitude towards innovation and the constant improvement of its products has contributed to strengthening the leadership position of Fratelli Carlessi in the world market.

Every hide is different: thickness, resistance and fibre direction all vary. And if it isn't treated the right way, it risks being damaged during drying.

With CRC, this risk is reduced.

The system adapts hide by hide, area by area, following the natural direction of the fibres thanks to independent cells and electronic tension control.

The result? Better yield, less waste, and a higher-quality semi-finished product, even in the most delicate areas.

World Leather, la rivista di riferimento per il mondo della concia, ha dedicato un articolo alla tecnologia CRC di Fratelli Carlessi.

Ogni pelle è diversa: cambia spessore, resistenza, direzione delle fibre. E se non la tratti nel modo giusto, rischi di danneggiarla durante l'essiccazione.
Con CRC questo rischio si riduce.
Il sistema si adatta pelle per pelle, zona per zona, seguendo la direzione naturale delle fibre grazie a celle indipendenti e controllo elettronico della tensione.

Il risultato? Una resa migliore, meno scarti e un semilavorato di qualità superiore, anche nelle zone più delicate.
