Final tube quality depends on the balance between all sections of the line. Every roll has a specific role. From forming to sizing, the tooling guides the transformation of the strip and helps control the product’s geometry:

• Forming rolls gradually shape the flat strip into a partially closed profile, distributing deformation and preparing the edges for the next stages.
• Fin-pass rolls refine the geometry and edge alignment, controlling the closing angle and the stability of the weld “V”.
• Weld rolls hold the edges in the correct position as they are joined.
• Sizing rolls bring the tube to the required dimensions and tolerances.
• Turk’s heads correct tube straightness and, in configurations designed for shaped tubes, help achieve the final geometry.

The precision of the finished product relies on these sections working together: each roll profile must suit its function within the line.

When large-size and non-standard rolls are required, Eurolls has the production capacity to turn a specific request into a concrete solution.
This production is one example: steel rolls with a diameter of 1,000 mm and a thickness of 1,200 mm, manufactured in-house to meet the customer’s and the plant’s specific requirements.

Si è svolta ieri l'inaugurazione ufficiale del nuovo stabilimento QStahl a Villa Santina.

QStahl, società del Gruppo Eurolls, è dedicata alla distribuzione in esclusiva per il Triveneto degli acciai speciali .

Accanto alla distribuzione, offre un servizio completo per le aziende del territorio:

• presa e consegna del materiale

• integrazione con trattamenti e rivestimenti ad alte prestazioni realizzati da Eurolls

Come sottolineato dall’assessore regionale@barbarazilli:
