Our Lorenzo has been quite busy lately.

One of the projects on his table was a very special one: a new set of membrane sails for Azzurra, a yacht with a name that carries real weight in Italian sailing history.

Azzurra is a 12 Metre yacht. And no, that does not simply mean she is twelve metres long. The 12 Metre class, or 12mR, is a measurement-rule class.

For Italy, Azzurra is more than just a beautiful racing yacht. They represents an important chapter in Italian yachting life.
