Proud to share an important milestone for our Group: the first complete packaging line built, assembled and tested entirely at our 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 🇧🇷 🦾

We have supplied machinery and packaging lines to Brazil before.
This project marks a new step: for the first time, the entire line has been assembled and tested by our team at our Brazilian headquarters.

The line integrates a pendulum bucket elevator, a vertical packaging machine and a Twin palletizer with two palletizing stations.

As the video shows, when an operator enters the safety enclosure of one station, the palletizer continues working at the other, keeping production running while allowing safe access.

This achievement reflects the skills, commitment and teamwork of our Brazilian colleagues. Seeing our local manufacturing capabilities grow makes me particularly proud.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁. 🌾

This MF TECNO complete packaging line is designed for cereals and seeds, combining automatic bagging, bag closing and palletizing in one coordinated process.

At the heart of the line, the 𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗔 𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗘 fills 25 kg open-mouth paper bags with accuracy and consistency before sewing and transfer to the palletizing stage. The system is also designed with daily operation in mind. Thanks to the integrated 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆-𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 kit, the dosing belt can be removed without dismantling the complete feeder structure, simplifying cleaning and routine maintenance.

Ever wondered how cat litter gets packed?

For this system we had a challenge: 𝘁𝘄𝗼 bag sizes, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 complete packaging line.

The customer needed to increase production capacity while handling formats up to 3.5 kg and 9 kg, with square-bottom bags and side handles for easier carrying.

Here’s how we connected each stage:

• 𝗦𝗕𝗦 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬 forms, fills and closes the bags.
• 𝗠𝗙-𝗩 groups the upright bags into shrink-wrapped bundles.
• A 𝟲-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 builds stable, compact loads.
• 𝗠𝗙 𝗪𝗥𝗔𝗣 𝟲𝟬 wraps the finished pallets for handling and transport.

The line brings bagging, bundling, palletizing and wrapping into one automated process.

Every machine is designed and manufactured by MF TECNO, around the customer’s product, formats and production goals. 🦾

This complete pet food packaging line combines the 𝗠𝗙 𝟲𝟬 VFFS, a 𝟲-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻 palletizer and an automatic pallet wrapper into one integrated process.

The key advantage lies in the bag itself: a 𝟰-𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗴, typically produced from pre-made bags, can be formed directly from roll stock.

This means lower packaging material costs, reduced equipment requirements and a more streamlined production process.

From bag forming to pallet wrapping, every stage is designed to work together for consistent output, stable pallets and efficient pet food packaging.
