Join SEAS as an Administrative Assistant – BGY (Grassobbio, BG).
South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS) is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with a strong interest in the aeronautical industry to join our team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the CEO, managing his business agenda and assisting with a variety of organizational and office-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics and documentation for work-related travel, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. You will also use Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with proven experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent communication and report-writing abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, as well as availability to travel when needed for work-related activities.
