OMAC provides an endless range of customized solutions for its clients!

Our 500 kN hydraulic puller, model UP500, was originally designed for underground transmission cable and pipeline rehabilitation projects and it has already proven its reliability in the crude oil industry but its applications go far beyond that.

It can also be used for:

✅ Relining operations with HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) liners in oil fields
✅ Lining pipelines that carry drinking water or other liquids
✅ Rehabilitation of sewer lines to prevent soil and groundwater contamination by stopping liquids and chemicals from escaping into the environment

These are sectors that require high standards of impermeability, UV stability, chemical resistance, cost-effectiveness, and long service life, all key features that the UP500 is designed to deliver thanks to liners acting as protective barriers between the fluid and the steel, helping to reduce the risk of corrosion, erosion, and environmental contamination.

Equipped with a 105 kW diesel engine, two Ø 525 mm bull-wheels and a steel rope reel capacity of 700 meters for Ø 38 mm rope, the UP500 is the ideal solution for large-scale, high-demand projects where operators need to efficiently pull long lengths of lining material.

Day 2 at ENERGETAB done! ✅️

We were lucky with the weather today, making it even easier to welcome the many visitors who came by the OMAC and Amin Power Energy booth.

Our 50 kN hydraulic puller, model P50.U, was one of the highlights, attracting a lot of attention. It was a great opportunity to show it up close, dive into its technical features and share some of the real-world projects where it has been used for cable and pipe laying.

Its prompt availability has also attracted interest from customers who are considering the P50.U for their upcoming projects, particularly when timing is critical and the equipment needs to be available in line with the project start.

✅ Moreover, every OMAC machine undergoes a rigorous 12-hour testing process at our in-house test field before being delivered to the customer. This includes a weight-lifting system that thoroughly checks the hydraulic and mechanical components of our machines, with testing forces of up to 60 tons. The machine is then put through a real-life simulation of the laying operation, ensuring it is fully tested and ready for the jobsite!

Others may have introduced it recently, but we have had our digital display for over 10 years and we have kept it constantly updated with the latest technology! Even better, it’s built-in as standard on all our machines 💪

From the start, we understood how important it is for operators to easily read and monitor key values in real time. That’s why our HMI system clearly displays all essential working parameters: pulling and tension force, speed, distance covered, cable/conductor length, and elapsed time. All data is automatically recorded and stored in the internal memory, with no external devices required.

You can also download recordings and settings directly to your mobile device thanks to the mirror display function and with a memory capacity exceeding 200 km of lines, you’ll never run out of space!

Here’s the latest evolution: the brand new DEG 10. With its 10” touchscreen display, it’s even easier to read on-site, while its direct panel controls ensure added safety and precise real-time monitoring further enhanced by the integrated load cell and encoder system.

Ease your jobsite operations with our truck-mounted tensioner!

Our model F120.150.4.CM is an example of our commitment to delivering versatile solutions designed to adapt to any jobsite condition, helping reduce project ex*****on time and simplifying on-site logistics where quick mounting and dismounting are required.

This tensioner is designed to be installed on a truck platform and is suitable for stringing one, two, three, or four ropes or conductors.

With a maximum tension force of 150 kN and 2 × Ø 1500 mm bull-wheels this tensioner is powered by an 87 kW diesel engine and can be equipped with one or two self-loading reel winders, further enhancing operational versatility and ease of use for the operator.
