On October 15, Cristian Campos, Technical Assistant at , represented our company at a pultrusion-focused event hosted by Isocompositos, Eco Engenharia, and 3G Engenharia at (Federation of Industries of the State of Ceará), in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil.
The event welcomed around 30 participants, including engineers, specialists, and company owners interested in learning more about the advantages, applications, and challenges of the process. Brian Dugan began his career at Valley Park in 1976 and spent the next 50 years contributing across the facility. From working in every production role to serving in Maintenance and ultimately finishing his career in Shipping & Receiving, Brian's experience and versatility made him a valued member of the team.
On October 12, Brian officially retired, closing out an incredible career built on hard work, dedication, and teamwork.

Registration is now open for the Closed Mold Composites Fabrication Class, taking place on October 21-22 at the Polynt Composites Application Center in North Kansas City (USA).
This intensive one-and-a-half-day workshop is designed for composite manufacturing professionals looking to improve processing efficiency and produce high-quality composite parts through practical, hands-on experience.
Participants will explore three key closed mold technologies:

We are proud to introduce the new members of the Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents and Harassment (C**A) at our Polynt Mogi das Cruzes site.

Composed of 12 employees representing different areas of the plant, the committee dedicates its , time, and to promoting an increasingly safe, , and respectful workplace. Through safety audits and inspections, risk assessments, workplace evaluations, and preventive actions, C**A plays a key role in strengthening our culture and protecting the well-being of our people.

We would also like to recognize the valuable contribution of previous C**A committees, whose dedication laid the foundations for continuous improvement and a strong culture of prevention. Their legacy continues to inspire and guide the committee’s important work today.
