Engineered in-house, sG A1134 is a high-filled composite paste featuring a vinyl ester based system with 45% short glass fibers.

We designed it to solve the bottlenecks in industrial production:

The hybrid capabilities of the Belotti Powered by Moi gantry system are streamlining the creation of motorboat consoles. The goal was clear: transform ambitious designs into products 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀. Thanks to Modelleria De Angelis, moulds have been eliminated through SFM® direct printing and subsequent body work. The result? A 3D-printed core that serves as a preform for inner lamination and direct body work, 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝟴𝟰% 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

This isn't just a prototype, but a finished product created in a single environment.
