Between strategic discussions and tastings of innovative 𝑉𝑖𝑟𝑢 products, this business trip proved instrumental in further reinforcing the Company's vision and fostering the strong human relationships that are at the heart of everything we do.

Under the theme "CLARITY", the focus was on how HR can provide direction in an era of constant change, technological innovation and increasing complexity. Fascinating presentations, valuable insights and in-depth discussions highlighted how important clear roles, objectives and KPIs are for making informed decisions, deploying resources effectively and ensuring HR’s voice is heard at a strategic level.

We were also there to gain first-hand insights into current developments, discover new perspectives and ensure we didn’t miss any relevant trends. The exchange with experts, colleagues and leaders in the industry has once again shown how important it is to keep our finger on the pulse. 🤝

Season preparation visits to our grape suppliers in Crete, Chalkidiki, Kavala, and North Macedonia, with a strong focus on plant protection.
The visits included productive discussions with both internal and external agronomists from our supplier network.

More than 70 companies from South Tyrol laced up their football boots and competed in a great sporting tournament.

We were also proud to take part as an event sponsor 🤝

Even more meaningful:
The participation fees from all companies were donated to the charity initiative “Südtirol hilft” Turning sport into real support for people in need within our region.

A fantastic day full of teamwork, fair play and community spirit!
