A new high thermal efficiency device for heating ambient by infrared rays Infrakat is a new high thermal efficiency device for heating ambient by infrared rays.

The device can be used in completely usable safety and at “human height”. The special feature of the device is the capability to provide high efficiency heat to end-users achieving the reduction of carbonaceous and hydrocarbon emissions in the workplace sites where devices are placed. The main expected results are the following:
➢ 70% reduction of CO2 emissions respect to conventional heating sys

tems;
➢ 360° optimal radiation;
➢ the system does not produce non disposable waste; if disposal should be practiced, it would offer only fully recyclable products;
➢ pollutants reduction close to zero derived from the catalytic process.

The infrakat range includes 4 models:

- IK 85 is the largest in its class, it has 8.5 Kw of power and is designed for industrial applications
- IK 45 is designed for domestic application and has 4,5 Kw of power
- IK 25 is the smallest in its class, also designed for domestic applications, has 2,5 Kw of power
- Infracooker is a radiant element without burner inside, it can be placed over kitchen stove or any other burner.
