The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are international standards on Environmental Management Systems (EMS), issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), that enable organizations to continuously improve their environmental performance.

This means, for example, proper waste disposal, use of renewable resources and energy, compliance with environmental legal requirements and involvement of employees, suppliers and other interested parties in achieving these goals.

🔧 In our Foundry Department
Technology and organization come together to ensure quality and reliability. Thanks to presses ranging from 300 to 1350 tons, automated processes, and automatic furnaces, we manufacture parts of various sizes using secondary aluminum alloys 47100 and 44300.
Each machine is equipped with dedicated stations and trimming robots, guaranteeing precision and consistency at every stage.

🔄 From ingot to finished part
Alloy ingots are melted in the dedicated furnace. The molten aluminum, after undergoing the degassing process, is transferred to the holding furnace.
From there, the pieces are cast and trimmed. In the absence of a trimming die, the pieces are de-gated.

🏭 Efficient organization
The foundry is structured into work islands, a model that allows us to make the production process more efficient, safe, and flexible.

🔩 In order to ensure a complete and high-quality service, we at ISPA Group S.p.A. perform several internal mechanical processes. This approach, essential for maintaining our high-quality standards, allows us to reduce production times, control costs, and have full flexibility in response to our customers’ requests.

The internal mechanical processes we carry out include:

Drilling - Making holes using a rotating and translating tool.
Threading - Creation of a thread on a generally cylindrical piece.
Milling - Removal of excess material from the surface of the piece.
Turning - Chip removal.
Reaming - Correction of the axiality and diameter of the holes.

♻ Aluminum is a "permanent" material: lightweight, non‐polluting, 100% recyclable, and can be reused infinitely. It is high performing, resistant and malleable.

After serving its purpose, it can be easily transformed into new aluminum ready to be (re)used to create a wide range of long‐lasting products at very low environmental costs. In fact, the 75% of all aluminum ever produced in the world is still in use today.

Choosing aluminum is not only beneficial for the environment, but it also ensures proper product protection and preservation, that’s why we only use secondary aluminum alloys (EN AB 47100 _ AlSi12Cu1(Fe) and EN AB 44300 _ AlSi12(b)).

In the context of industrial production, the choice of materials is an important aspect that can influence the quality of the final product. ISPA Group carefully selects the materials used for the production of its tools.

For the manufacture of the mold holder, ISPA Group employs 1.1730 steel. This material, widely used in the mechanical sector, is known for its resistance and toughness; it guarantees superior durability contributing to the production of high-quality products.
For the matrix and sliders of the tooling, ISPA uses 1.2344 steel. This material turns out particularly suitable for molds intended for hot die-casting, thanks to its toughness, its resistance to thermal shocks and to temperatures that can reach 600 °C.

It is important to underline that the materials used by ISPA for the tooling are classified as ESU, or remelted. This means that the material is recycled and reused, reducing the amount of waste produced.
The choice of materials at ISPA Group not only ensures the production of high-quality equipment but also contributes to promoting sustainable production.

1993–1999: ISPA was born as design studio and later became a foundry specialized in aluminum die casting, thanks to the purchase of the first 300- and 400-ton presses. To help production capacity expansion, in 1999 was built a 3.500 m² plant equipped with a painting system.

2000–2010: In the early 2000s, in response to the growing expansion of export business, ISPA introduced a machining department and an assembly line for lamps of all kinds with ESD-certification. On 17 February 2004 the company was converted into a joint-stock company (S.p.A.), strengthening its corporate structure, and in the same year it obtained ISO 9001 certification.

2011–2020: In 2011 ISPA began modernizing the painting department and introduced work cells in the foundry with the aim of optimizing production flows, reducing handling times and increasing safety. In 2020 an evaporator was installed to increase water recycling during production processes, improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

2021–2024: During these years a degassing machine was installed to remove impurities from the molten aluminum, ensuring more homogeneous, higher-quality parts. Furthermore, ISPA bought a ladle heater to maintain aluminum temperature between die-casting phases. On 15 July 2024 ISPA obtained ISO 14001 certification, reaffirming the effectiveness of its environmental management system.

Today: ISPA includes foundry and shearing, machining and finishing, painting, assembly, testing, packaging and transport departments. This structure makes it possible to manage an entire production cycle in-house and, thanks to the support of its craftsmen, to offer the end customer the ability to deal with a single supplier, resulting in time and cost savings. ISPA is strongly committed to sustainability through emissions monitoring, responsible resource use and the adoption of low‑impact technologies. Looking to the future, we aim to continuously improve processes, expand business lines and consolidate our leadership in innovation and sustainability.

Requisiti ed Esperienze Richieste

• Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico-meccanico / metallurgico .
• Esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni nell’ambito qualità in stabilimento produttivo.
• Provenienza dal settore metalmeccanico.
• Ottima conoscenza normative ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015
• Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e gestionali.
• Forte orientamento al risultato.
• Conoscenza dei processi di pressofusione, lavorazione meccanica e linee di finitura
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
