Power electronics and aerospace are facing an increasingly critical limit: heat.

Miniaturization means higher power density, but traditional cooling systems add weight, volume, and energy consumption. At TCT Nanotech, we are working on a different approach: high-emissivity nanostructured coatings (HEC) capable of dissipating heat passively through thermal radiation. In our tests, our multi-filler coating achieved emissivity >0.95, with surface temperature reductions of up to 40% compared to standard aluminum.

What makes this particularly interesting is not only the coating itself, but what it enables:

• reduced thermal stress on components
• lower overall energy consumption
