Oggi abbiamo avuto il piacere di accogliere in azienda gli studenti del corso ITS FAST del MITA, per parlare di sostenibilità e approfondire la storia e l’evoluzione del distretto tessile.
Guardare il nostro lavoro con gli occhi di chi lo vede per la prima volta è sempre fonte di ispirazione. Ci ricorda quanta strada abbiamo fatto — e quanti obiettivi abbiamo ancora davanti. Crescere significa condividere conoscenza, curiosità e responsabilità.

Siamo alla ricerca di un Elettricista Manutentore da inserire all’interno del nostro team tecnico.
La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperà delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti aziendali, intervenendo nella diagnosi e risoluzione di eventuali guasti e contribuendo al corretto funzionamento delle strutture e delle attrezzature. Cerchiamo una figura affidabile, precisa e con una buona capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia sia in collaborazione con il resto del team.

Ogni fine anno è un momento di bilancio.
Il 2025 è stato un anno complesso, che ci ha messo alla prova sotto molti aspetti e ci ha chiesto attenzione, capacità di adattamento e tanto lavoro quotidiano. Non sempre è stato semplice, ma è stato un percorso che ci ha resi più consapevoli e più solidi.
Guardiamo al nuovo anno con realismo, ma anche con ottimismo e voglia di fare. Con la determinazione di chi crede nel valore del lavoro manifatturiero, nelle competenze costruite nel tempo e nella forza delle persone che ogni giorno contribuiscono a trasformare le sfide in opportunità.

Quest’anno volevamo farvi gli auguri in modo speciale, ma non è sempre facile trovare le parole giuste.
Così ci siamo affidati a un italiano che le parole giuste le ha sempre sapute trovare: Gianni Rodari.
Rodari non parla di gesti grandiosi o azioni eroiche. Il suo invito parte da qualcosa di semplice: darsi una mano. Perché in quel gesto, fisico e simbolico insieme, c’è il potere di abbattere barriere, costruire ponti e trovare soluzioni condivise, anche alle sfide più difficili. È nella semplicità che nascono le imprese più straordinarie, quando i gesti diventano collettivi.
In un mondo spesso dominato dalla frenesia e dall’individualismo, il suo messaggio suona più attuale che mai. Darsi una mano non è solo un atto di altruismo, ma una necessità per costruire comunità e aziende più unite e più felici. Solo insieme possiamo affrontare i piccoli problemi di ogni giorno e le grandi sfide del nostro tempo.

Non potevamo salutare il 2025 senza un pensionamento.
Quest’anno ce ne sono stati tanti e, forse, non ci faremo mai davvero l’abitudine: hanno sempre quel sapore dolceamaro che mescola gratitudine e nostalgia.
Al di là delle emozioni, non possiamo che augurare a Marco di godersi appieno questo nuovo percorso e ringraziarlo di cuore per il cammino fatto insieme. Buona pensione, Marco.

We couldn’t say goodbye to 2025 without a retirement.
There have been many this year, and maybe we’ll never quite get used to them — they always carry that bittersweet feeling, somewhere between gratitude and nostalgia.
Emotions aside, all we can do is wish Marco the very best on this new journey and thank him sincerely for the path we’ve shared together. Happy retirement, Marco.
