We are proud to showcase our advanced TAV horizontal vacuum furnace H3-S (TPHF 30-30-30 HP), designed and manufactured to meet the rigorous demands and rapid evolution of the nuclear energy sector.

The equipment is engineered for high-precision heat treatment operations under vacuum conditions. It directly supports R&D activities aimed at evaluating the performance and properties of metallic materials (primarily austenitic stainless steels) used in advanced nuclear applications that demand challenging cooling rates.

Technical Highlights:
• Dimensions: 300W x 300H x 300D mm (Volume: 27 dm³)
• Capacity: Max gross charge of 50 kg
• Performance: Maximum temperature up to 1450 °C with rapid gas quenching
• Operating Vacuum: 1E-4 mbar to 1E-5 mbar range
• Compliance & Innovation: Fully compliant with AMS2750H (Class 2, Instrumentation Type B) standards and fully configured for Industry 4.0 requirements.

Engineered with efficiency in mind, the system consumes electric energy only when strictly needed and features an advanced SCADA monitoring system.
Furthermore, its room-temperature cold-wall vessel prevents direct heat dissipation at the installation site, minimizing risks associated with high-temperature exposure.

Insieme per il territorio: un impegno che cresce dal 2023 🤝 🌱
Lo scorso weekend l’Agroforesta di Caravaggio ha vissuto un nuovo, importante capitolo della sua evoluzione. Sabato mattina, l’area situata nella zona est del Santuario ha accolto le famiglie dei dipendenti delle aziende sponsor del progetto per una mattinata speciale dedicata alla piantumazione collettiva di nuove specie arboree e arbustive, organizzata dalla Cooperativa Sociale Il Susino.

TAV VACUUM FURNACES ha creduto e aderito a questo progetto fin dal suo inizio, nel 2023.
Nata con l'obiettivo di trasformare un'area verde in un fulcro di biodiversità, socialità e rigenerazione ambientale, questa iniziativa rappresenta un modello innovativo di collaborazione tra comunità, imprese e terzo settore. Insieme alla Cooperativa Sociale Il Susino, al Comune di Caravaggio e alle altre aziende sponsor, portiamo avanti un'idea condivisa di sostenibilità e inclusione.
