Michael Dunlop bagged his 36th 🇮🇲 Isle of Man TT victory in Friday afternoon’s Sportbike race.

The pre-race favourite lived up to the tag in the shortened two-lap race, claiming a convincing win on the MD Racing Paton SC-Project that saw him go inside the old Supertwin lap record not once but twice. It was the 37 year old’s eighth victory in the last 10 races in the TT’s lightweight class.

🇮🇹SC-Project dominates the Sportbike category qualifying sessions at the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy! The top three bikes in qualifying are respectively:
On pole is the official Paton S1-R of Michael Dunlop, the 2026-spec machine developed by Paton and SC-Project (since 2016, Paton Moto has been a brand and company owned by SC-Project), followed in second place by Mike Browne’s Paton and in third place by Paul Jordan’s Aprilia RS 660 — all equipped with SC-Project exhaust systems!
