Load 20 virgin blocks. Watch them come out as finished brushes. 🎥

Meet STARGATE, our first fully automatic vertical machine for brooms and brushes. The feeder moves each block to the vertical drilling and filling station, then a rotary unit trims and flags it.

- 1000 tufts per minute
- 5 axes, 2 filling tools, 3 drills
- Non stop cycle with 0 index time
- Electronically controlled or cam based trimming and flagging

Need something different? Switch to parking mode and the same machine makes toilet, dish and rounded brushes too. Discover more on our website https://www.borghi.com/products/stargate/

Four days, one machine running live and plenty of good conversations at Borghi Polska in Łódź.

From 19th to 22nd October we opened our doors for our Open House. Thank you to every customer who came to see STARGATE at work, up close, cycle after cycle.

A big thank you to the Borghi Polska team for the warm welcome (and the coffee ☕).

Next stop: Mexico City. And we're not coming alone. 📍

STARGATE, our machine for brooms and brushes, will be running live at Plastimagen 2026, November 10 to 13 at Centro Banamex.

Find us in the Italian Pavilion, Stand 330. Come and watch it work, talk machines with our team or just stop by for a chat.

Will you be at the fair? Let us know in the comments.

You expected a quote. You got a conversation.

You expected a supplier. You found a partner who listens and works with you until the solution fits your production.

That's the Borghi way: Italian craftsmanship, made by people who care. Welcome to the family. 🤝

25/09/2026

We could tell you about our numbers, but we'd rather introduce you to the people who make them happen.
They're the reason Borghi works the way it does.

Welcome to our page.
