From May 19th to 21st, Bergamo once again became the meeting point for the global industrial valve community during the IVS Industrial Valve Summit, hosted at Fiera di Bergamo - Promoberg.

These three days were filled with valuable conversations, new connections, shared ideas, and plenty of unforgettable moments. The atmosphere was energetic, enthusiastic, and, at times, wonderfully unconventional — exactly the kind of spirit that makes events like IVS truly special.

Our Oringone and EZTRA caps brought even more personality to the exhibition halls, becoming a fun and recognizable symbol throughout the event. And while they certainly caught a lot of attention, our FFKM O-rings still managed to take center stage thanks to their outstanding performance and reliability.

We would like to sincerely thank our partners Fluorten, Slib Italy, and Sealcore Network for sharing this incredible experience with us.

A special thank you also goes to our sales team, Michele Pagani and Emanuele Spampati, for their commitment, energy, and enthusiasm throughout the entire exhibition.

The Artemis II program has brought renewed attention to one of the most demanding challenges in aerospace engineering: managing liquid hydrogen under cryogenic conditions.

Recent technical analyses of the Space Launch System highlighted recurring hydrogen leakage issues during fuel loading operations.

According to NASA assessments, PTFE-based sealing solutions are among the reference materials used in these applications thanks to their chemical inertness and stability in cryogenic environments.

Martin, Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, works closely with customers to identify the right polymer solutions for demanding applications. Alongside him, Alice supports the entire commercial process from the inside, ensuring continuity and responsiveness.

Different roles, one shared goal: making things work, efficiently and reliably.

Outside work, Alice is passionate about traveling and cinema, with a soft spot for Uptown Girls, while Martin enjoys spending time in nature and cycling through the hills of Baden-Württemberg.
