Les techniciens AXOR ont récemment finalisé la phase de test d’une Ligne de Couscous 1200 kg/h en Algérie.

La mise en service étant désormais achevée, la ligne fonctionne de manière fiable et produit un couscous répondant à des normes de qualité élevées, garantissant un rendement constant et des performances optimales.
Le projet est passé de l’installation au démarrage avec une attention particulière portée à la précision et au contrôle des processus, permettant au système d’atteindre rapidement des conditions de fonctionnement stables.
Une avancée importante pour ce site de production, désormais pleinement équipé pour répondre à une demande croissante grâce à une solution fiable et à haute capacité.

With commissioning now finalized, the line is running reliably and producing Couscous that meets high quality standards, ensuring consistent output and efficient performance.
The project moved from installation to start-up with a strong focus on accuracy and process control, allowing the system to reach stable operating conditions quickly.
A solid step forward for this production site, now fully equipped to meet growing demand with a dependable and high-capacity solution.

Over the past days, our AXOR technician has been working on site in Italy to complete the installation and commissioning of a Pellet Dryer Line.

From the initial assembly to the final testing activities, every step was carried out to ensure the system is ready to run smoothly under real conditions.
Projects like this highlight how much of the work happens directly in the field, where all components come together and every detail contributes to the final result.
