Start-to-Work 🚧 New delivered by the partner Concrete WAMP in Lisbon.

This is the third SERMAC concrete pump supplied to our valued customer Grupo Secil, mounted on last version FORD TRUCKS 4145 P. The vehicle configuration has been developed to suit the characteristics of the ZF automatic transmission.

The 5Z42 features a selection of premium equipment, including: Esser-Werke double-wall pipeline, aluminium pipe and hose holders, stop-flow valve and the high-pressure water pump. All designed with the operator in mind; a configuration that combines durability, functionality and attention to detail.

The new Volvo FMX 540 10×4 has arrived at for the installation of a new large truck-mounted concrete pump.

La pompe à béton 5RZ46 et les deux pompes malaxeuses 4Z28 et 4Z32 sont toutes montées sur des châssis Mercedes-Benz Arocs.

A major new expansion of the fleet for Austrian customer WEBER TIROL GmbH, a long-established company in Southern Tyrol active in concrete transportation and pumping, with more than 85 SERMAC machines purchased over the course of our 20-year partnership.

⚙️ Four machines with different configurations and complex chassis: a project that required significant design and integration work by our Technical Department. In particular, the Tridem configurations, chassis with L-cab, and the 12x4 version required a highly accurate study of weights, axle-load distribution, dimensions and system integration. This project also reflects our strong focus on the operator and the final result: accessibility, component layout, proportions, geometry and overall aesthetic harmony.

In particolare, le configurazioni Tridem, i telai con cabina L e la versione 12x4 hanno richiesto uno studio molto accurato dei pesi, della distribuzione dei carichi sugli assi, degli ingombri e dell’interconnessione degli impianti. Questo progetto significa anche grande attenzione all’operatore e al risultato finale: accessibilità, disposizione dei componenti, proporzioni, geometria e armonia estetica.
