Is it a myth or truth?

Very commonly people think that after the construction the reverberation cannot be reduced.

However that is not the reality as decorative acoustic panels were specifically engineered for that.

Five stadiums. One World Cup. Zero noise complaints.
For the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Mappy Italia worked on the drain pipe systems of Lusail Stadium, Al Bayt Stadium, Al Rayyan Stadium, Al Janoub Stadium and Ras Abu Stadium.

The challenge: control noise from ducts and drainage during peak crowds. The solution: MAPPYSIL CR 404, engineered to meet international acoustic standards without compromising performance.

We’ve had a busy week behind in our factory! 🤓

Qatar’s biggest indoor theme park needed a sound solution as ambitious as its rollercoasters. 32,000 sqm. 30+ attractions. Zero easy acoustics.

We turned the ceiling into the story. Hexagonal and triangular Mappyfiber panels, some 7 metres wide, shaped into a starry sky with fibre-optic lighting. Sound-absorbing by design, unforgettable by look.

Because in a space built for thrills, comfort matters too.
