OBJECTIVE OF THE ACOUSTIC INTERVENTION

Silsonic has been used for the acoustic and thermal insulation of vehicles, including ‘special’ vehicles such as vans, motorhomes and ambulances. Made from regenerated and recycled fibres, it is a safe material that does not release harmful substances, poses no health risks and maintains its performance over time without degrading.

Acoustic performance at Italy’s tallest building.

At UniCredit Tower in Milan- the glass-and-steel complex standing 230 metres tall - MAPPYSIL CR 400 was applied on walls and ceilings to enhance acoustic insulation across offices and operational spaces. The solution reduces noise transmission between adjacent environments, improving privacy, comfort, and overall building performance despite the high daily flow of people.
