Food is not only business: food is nature, culture, and life.

The latest edition of Caspian Agro Week has come to an end, and we will carry it with us not only for the results achieved, but above all for the relationships, emotions, and positive energy experienced throughout these intense days.

We had the pleasure of meeting clients, partners, and professionals from many different countries, sharing ideas, visions, and perspectives on the future of the agricultural and food sector. Every meeting represented a valuable opportunity for growth and exchange.

On the final day of the exhibition, we were especially honored to receive highly appreciated visits from the Minister of Agriculture of the Government of Azerbaijan and from the Italian Ambassador to Azerbaijan. These were moments of great pride for us and a strong confirmation of how the agricultural sector represents one of the strategic pillars of the country’s economy, while also highlighting the importance of strengthening international cooperation, innovation, and business relationships.

Receiving words of appreciation for our approach, our direction, and our vision was deeply rewarding and gave us even more motivation to continue on this path with passion, responsibility, and an international mindset.

We would like to sincerely thank all our clients — both long-standing and newly met during this edition — as well as all our partners and collaborators, who contribute every day to building value together with us.

A special thank you goes to Futura’s Baku division, especially Mr. Borzu Saidan and his entire team, for their outstanding organization, support, and professionalism. Second day at Caspian Agro, and as always, it’s been a whirlwind of emotions.

As tradition goes, the morning of the first day was dedicated to the valuable visit of the President of Azerbaijan — always a great honor and a moment of pride for us.

Over these first days, we have already had the pleasure of meeting many people, customers, and partners to discuss our new AI-powered defect calibration machine, specifically designed for the needs of the wealthy and fast-growing markets of this beautiful country.

We are starting this new day with great momentum, energy, and enthusiasm, because we truly believe that the most important asset of our company is its people: our team, our customers, our partners, and everyone who shares this journey with us every day.

It has been an incredibly full and rewarding week for us. We had the opportunity to attend both Macfrut Fiera and Freskon Expo—two key events for our industry—where we connected, learned, and shared our vision.

Today, back at the office, it’s time to reflect and take stock of everything we’ve experienced. Bringing our machine to the Macfrut and sharing our view in both trade shows was an important and winning decision. Showcasing a solution powered by next-generation AI for defect detection gave us strong confirmation: we are not only addressing the real needs of our customers, but also those of the broader market we specifically serve.

None of this would be possible without our team. Teamwork is always essential, but in a context like this it matters even more. Energy, expertise, and collaboration truly make the difference. Thank you to everyone who makes each step possible.

The last day of Macfrut is almost over.

This year’s innovation — our AI-powered machine for highly accurate fruit selection — has been truly exciting and brought us wonderful feedback.

Beyond the pleasure of welcoming our existing clients, we had the opportunity to meet visitors from across Italy, as well as Europe and Africa. Different markets, perspectives, and experiences — all connected by one common goal: building strong businesses focused on product quality and smart operational and strategic thinking.

Meeting people remains essential. Technology should never make us forget that behind every business there are human connections, faces, and stories. That’s why we believe in humanizing even the most advanced, AI-driven consulting services — tailoring them to real needs and working side by side with our partners to create effective and sustainable solutions.
