When technology changes, renewing is not enough. Revolution is the only way. TT Italy did even more, we started from scratch.

Born from the vision of uniting the World famous Italian bakery engineering with the New Millennium digital revolution: excellence through complete process control. TT Italy was founded in 2003 by the will of two brilliant Italian entrepreneurs. This thriving enterprise deals with solutions for the high tech bakery industry. TT Italy specializes in equipment for the production of sponge cake snacks and, from September 2015 it will also introduce new technologies in savory area. Thanks to the experience of our hyper-specialized staff, our continuous R&D+i, our passion and the quality of Made in Italy, today this company is a world leader in its market - with installations in 48 countries - with 87% of sponge cake lines installed around the world between 2014-2015.
