GelliPlast operates with 5,400 sqm of production space and an additional 1,100 sqm warehouse for raw materials and finished goods, all optimized for maximum client flexibility.

GelliPlast applies the Quality Management System in compliance with the following regulation:
UNI EN ISO 9001. The Company manages its activities according to the UNI EN 9100 scheme 2018 edition.
GellPlast is certified UNI ISO 45001 – Occupational health and safety management system.
The Company is certified ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems.

🌍 Sustainability meets technology. Our highly automated production line features a KUKA anthropomorphic robot and a dedicated laser cutting center to ensure precision and high-quality finishing on selected projects.

Material waste is managed responsibly through immediate recovery or disposal by certified companies, in full compliance with environmental regulations.

🌍 Tecnologia e sostenibilità vanno di pari passo. La nostra linea produttiva automatizzata include un robot antropomorfo KUKA e un centro di taglio laser dedicato a lavorazioni che richiedono finiture precise e di alta qualità.

Gli scarti di lavorazione vengono gestiti con sistemi di recupero immediato o smaltiti da aziende qualificate nel rispetto delle normative ambientali.
