🔍 NDT Drone Inspections – How It Works 🚁

We introduce innovation in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) through drones for safe, efficient, and precise inspections. But what does an NDT drone mission really look like? Here are the three main phases:

⚙️ Setup – We begin with a detailed mission plan, identifying the area to be inspected, checking site conditions, and ensuring the drone and payload are ready for flight.
🔧 Calibration – Before contact, our NDT equipment (typically UT or EM sensors) is precisely calibrated to meet the inspection's requirements.
🚀 Contact – The drone makes controlled contact with the structure, maintaining stability while collecting high-quality data without damaging the surface.

The outcome? Quicker inspections, lowered risks, and uniform data quality – even in the most demanding environments.
