We are proud to showcase this custom magnetic iron removal system, engineered and manufactured by ITALFIT Magneti.

Despite the dimensional constraints of our customer’s machinery, we engineered a tailored solution that meets demanding installation requirements, without compromising magnetic performance.

Its AISI 304 structure features four magnetic tubes, arranged at 90° across two levels. This arrangement maximizes the available magnetic area to support the effective removal of ferrous contaminants from the material flow.

The removable drawers have been specifically included in the design to allow for a smooth extraction for cleaning and maintenance, while also making it possible to adapt the configuration when the process requires additional space for material flow.
