Connecting rod is the key component of automobile engine, and it is also one of the typical die forging parts with high complexity coefficient. The manufacturing precision of connecting rod and the internal and external quality of the product will directly affect the performance and level of the engine. PROJECT FUNCTION:1-Rising break connecting rod is a process of processing connecting rod body and connecting rod cover, which is mainly used in turbocharged gasoline engine and diesel engine with large displacement. The link is machined in one piece, then laser cut into a gap and broken in half. In this way, the meshing surface of the connecting rod cover and the connecting rod body is very close and the processing accuracy is very high. In theory, fastening the bolt does not move the connecting rod cover, so it is more suitable for engines with large loads.2-There are two main benefits of broken connecting rod: one is high accuracy, you can see that there is no gap between the normal combination of connecting rod and tile cover, like a complete whole; The second is strong resistance to transverse shear ability, due to the tight coordination between rough sections, as long as the bolt is not loose, theoretically speaking, the tile cover is unable to produce transverse movement, so the broken connecting rod can bear a stronger load than the ordinary connecting rod, very suitable for the use of large displacement large horsepower engine.
