TDS hosted Patricia Fernandes, Commercial Director, and Francesco Errico, Technical Director, of SACE Components at Teakdecking Systems today. We walked the facility and spent real time on MarineCork, their natural cork decking, now available exclusively through TDS in the U.S.

What stood out was the shared intent. This isn't simply a distribution arrangement. It’s the start of a longer alliance built on technical alignment, mutual commitment, and a working relationship that can grow into genuine friendship. Patricia and Francesco were open about the product’s performance details and what a lasting partnership should look like. That matters.

Grateful for the visit and the conversation. Looking forward to a long-term successful relationship.

Experience, research and craftsmanship. These are the elements that guide every solution we create.

From cork to natural lime, we develop materials that meet the needs of contemporary architecture while keeping what truly matters at the heart of our work: people’s well-being and the quality of construction.

Because 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲 is more than a place of origin. It is a way of designing.

Scopri come tradizione e innovazione possono convivere nello stesso progetto.

For us, protecting the past means building the future.

Improving a building’s performance without altering its identity means choosing materials that are compatible with its history. That’s why we develop natural lime and cork systems designed to work in harmony with existing masonry, promoting breathability, comfort, and long-term durability.

Discover how tradition and innovation can coexist within the same project.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐤 has been part of our story for nearly fifty years.

We choose it because it is natural, renewable, and lightweight, and offers excellent
performance across a wide range of applications—from thermal insulation and finishes to the marine industry and interior design.

For us, it is not merely a component; it is the starting point for every project.

Lime has stood the test of time. Today, it continues to shape the future.

Some materials follow trends, while others continue to prove their value over time.

𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐞 is rooted in the tradition of natural lime and reinterprets it through a contemporary language: seamless, textured, essential surfaces, designed to engage in dialogue with today’s architecture.

Healthy building means caring for the people who will inhabit a space—and for those who build it.

This is the philosophy guiding the development of our cork and natural lime solutions: materials designed to enhance building comfort and contribute to a healthier working environment during installation.

Because the well-being of a project begins on the very first day at the construction site.

How much does the unseen matter?

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is one of those invisible choices that transform the daily experience of a space. More stable temperatures, reduced heat loss, and greater comfort in every season.

With 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, natural cork becomes an ally of contemporary architecture, enhancing building performance without compromising on sustainability.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 non è un intonaco come gli altri.
È un 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐨 a base di 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐍𝐇𝐋𝟓 𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐢 𝐝𝐢 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨, in cui la materia lavora attivamente sulla prestazione dell’edificio.

𝐈𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞, 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ 𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐥’𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚̀, riducendo la dispersione di calore e migliorando il 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐨.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 is no ordinary plaster.
It is a 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 based on 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐞 (𝐍𝐇𝐋𝟓) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬—a material that actively enhances the building's performance.

𝐈𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲, and regulates humidity, thereby reducing heat loss and improving 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭.
