SADDLE POSITION:
I see so many are riders badly set and some even say the “were set” paying a specialists.
To me the moral is always the same: most of you have saddles to back, to flat and too high.
The best efficient way to pedal uphill preventing sore back is to position the vertical of knee (YELLOW LINE) some cm in front of pedal axle ( VIOLET MARK ) with crank at 3 oclock
this should happen on inclined slope, not in your workshop in flat terrain…
saddle should be moved on rails to obtain this comfortable position, and should be inclined (nose down) to stay flat when on inclined slope.
normally a seat angle of 77-78 gives you this good position, but moving saddle on rails
save your back, and climb better.
