On 17 June 2026, P2GreeN brings together researchers, practitioners, and local stakeholders for a focused online workshop on scaling up circular nutrient flows across Europe.
Blueprints, Assessments and Guidelines for Circular Nutrient Flows will consolidate key outputs from our three pilot regions and translate them into actionable pathways for replication and policy uptake.
The session will feature three presentations:
📌 Region-specific blueprints for replicable circular nutrient flow systems - developed across the S360, KWB, and BIOAZUL pilot sites
📌 Trade-offs and absolute sustainability impacts of circular nutrient case studies - presented by SLU
📌 Five action levers for implementing circular sanitation in cities and regions - presented by ICLEI
This is a key opportunity to engage directly with the project's findings, contribute to the discussion, and explore how circular sanitation can be mainstreamed at city and regional level.

🌿 URWAN Final Event | Brussels, 11 June 2026

ANCI Lazio is pleased to coordinate the URWAN Final Event in Brussels, hosted at the Lazio Region Office, bringing together European institutions, cities, and project partners to discuss the future of water-sensitive and inclusive urban development.
Under the title “Democratic Water Landscapes: co-creating inclusive green spaces with water at the core”, the event will present URWAN key results and explore how Nature-based Solutions can support more resilient, participatory, and sustainable cities.

Una giornata aperta alla comunità per scoprire come natura, acqua e spazio pubblico possano trasformarsi in strumenti concreti di rigenerazione urbana e benessere collettivo.

Al centro dell’evento ci sarà la Parete Verde “Wall2Water” della scuola di Ferla, premiata nel 2025 con il 1° Premio “Massimo Riili” – Sezione Professionisti: un sistema innovativo che depura e riutilizza le acque grigie trasformando un edificio pubblico in uno laboratorio vivente, spazio verde, educativo e condiviso.

💧 Alle ore 16:30 sarà possibile partecipare alla visita tecnica dedicata alla Parete Verde e alle buone pratiche di sostenibilità e rigenerazione urbana sviluppate a Ferla.

Nel corso della giornata il paese ospiterà anche:

🌿 Nature-based Solutions: from theory to practice — and we're proud to be part of it!

The Centro Italia Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Rieti-Viterbo, in collaboration with ODAF Viterbo (The Order of Agronomists and Foresters of Viterbo) and with the support of the Chamber, is promoting a free seminar series on Ecological Transition in 2026, open to public and private operators and professionals.

The project is proud to collaborate on this series — because the topics on the agenda are exactly what we work on every day in the field.

URWAN (Urban Regenerative Water Avant-garde), coordinated by ANCI Lazio under the Interreg Euro-MED programme, is currently implementing a pilot intervention at the "Matteo Ricci" Comprehensive School (Via Cina, 4 – Rome, Municipality IX): a real-world example of how green infrastructure can strengthen urban climate resilience, improve sustainable stormwater management, and generate environmental, social and educational co-benefits.
