Sea trials are not only a delivery milestone. They are a return of information to engineering.

At sea, the yacht is no longer evaluated as separate drawings or isolated systems, but as a working whole: propulsion response, manoeuvring, steering behaviour, auxiliary machinery, alarms, safety logic, vibration, and onboard comfort are tested under real operating conditions. That is where technical assumptions meet reality.

For engineering teams, this data is valuable because it helps verify whether the original design logic performs as intended, highlights where integration works well, and shows where future decisions can become more accurate, more efficient, and more robust.
