The Amerigo Vespucci in New York for the 250th Anniversary of Independence celebrations ⛵✨
The Italian Navy training ship Amerigo Vespucci —which departed Genoa on May 9th for its annual cruise equipped with a new refrigeration and air-conditioning system installed in La Spezia by technicians from Ferfrigor (a Genoa-based company specializing in this field)— took part in the 250th-anniversary celebratory parade along the Hudson River, passing beneath the Statue of Liberty after making stops at various ports. It departed New York again on July 8th, continuing its voyage to foster dialogue among peoples and promote Italian culture across the world's seas.
