È ufficiale: con la Legge 11 marzo 2026, n. 34 (in vigore dal 7 aprile), carrelli elevatori, muletti e transpallet sono esclusi dall’obbligo RCA — se utilizzati esclusivamente in aree private.

🔎 Cosa cambia davvero:
🚗 Veicoli su strada → RCA obbligatoria
🏭 Mezzi non immatricolati in aree aziendali → NO RCA
📌 La norma chiarisce definitivamente un tema controverso, eliminando i dubbi creati da interpretazioni europee e sentenze recenti.
