✅ 1,150 L day tank with 110% containment bund
✅ Bund leak sensor with alarm signal
✅ Lead-acid starter battery
✅ Battery charger
✅ 230 V engine pre-heater
✅ Oil and coolant suitable for temperatures down to -20°C
✅ 4P 1250 A circuit breaker
✅ Digital output provision with RS485 communication
✅ Integrated periodic test function
✅ Customized connection terminal block
✅ DIN-rail plug-in I/O module with earth-fault current protection
✅ Expansion module with 8 configurable input/output terminals

ComAp Group controller IG500 including EM-BIO8-EFCP and IGS-PTM.

✅ Dual starter motors and fully redundant battery system.
✅ Redundant cooling system including heaters suitable to take advantage from the hot water coming from the Data Center.
✅ Double output breakers ABB to feed the load and the load banks.
✅ Certified EN 12285-2 double wall fuel tank on board.
✅ Fire detection system including thermal fusible link, control panel connected to the BMS, optical and thermal smoke sensors.

A tailor-made solution was developed to complete Phase 2 of a Data Center expansion project in the Baltics.
The complexity of the project required close cooperation with our local partner and a high level of engineering expertise.
Technical meetings, site inspections, and ongoing supervision throughout the project enabled the successful completion of this important milestone.
