Welcome to LAB Life: an unfiltered look inside our Cefla Finishing LAB, where technologies, materials and real customer challenges meet.

For this first drop, we take you behind the scenes of a painting test on special aircraft parts, using our anthropomorphic iGiotto robot. Complex geometries are 3D scanned to automatically generate spraying trajectories, which, when needed, are fine-tuned with T-Mate to optimise coating on internal surfaces and adapt the robot’s parameters to the part.

It was a pleasure to welcome our friends from the Czech Republic to Imola for a Tech day, organized with the support of Tekma and Adler.
At our LAB, guests experienced live demos across multiple technologies and explored Cefla Finishing solutions for spray coating, edge finishing, and window frame applications.
Prima EVO, iGiotto with the new T-Mate, fast color change systems Timeskip/FCS, and Smartedge solutions attracted strong interest throughout the day.
