Torre Parko shows how one structural decision can improve both structural performance and the construction process. 🏙️

The 74-metre residential tower in Saronno, designed by , uses semi-prefabricated façade walls that also form part of the building’s load-bearing structure.

We developed the structural solution and supported the project through site supervision and construction advisory. By integrating the façade into the load-bearing system, the design helped speed up construction, contain costs, and ensure consistent quality on site. 🏗️

Torre Parko is a clear example of how structural design can improve buildability, efficiency, and final performance at the same time.

We use advanced modelling, simulations, and physical testing to validate structural behaviour, reduce uncertainty, and refine solutions before they are implemented.

CityWave by in Milan is a clear example. For the suspended canopy, we developed the structural and geotechnical design and supported its implementation through site supervision and construction advisory. The innovative XLAM timber deck was also tested at full scale to verify its strength, stiffness, and damping performance.

At .josef_meran_bozen the excavation required more than simply creating space below ground.

A neighbouring building was reinforced with micropiles, while the side facing Hotel Palace was secured with overlapping bored piles and anchors. The goal was clear: control soil deformation while enabling construction in a dense urban setting.

Completed in 2014, Bosco Verticale has shaped Milan’s skyline for more than a decade. 🌳

The two residential towers, 110 and 76 metres high, integrate trees and greenery directly into their façades and terraces.

Through structural design and construction advisory, we helped refine the technical concept, improve structural performance and support a more efficient construction process.

The result is a project in which engineering helped turn an ambitious architectural vision into a buildable reality.

The private residence on Lake Maggiore designed by BergmeisterWolf Architects is conceived as a rigorous and essential architectural statement, establishing a precise and measured dialogue with the lakeside landscape. The project adopts a contemporary language in which exposed concrete and structural clarity become the defining elements of its identity.

The building is characterized by immaculately finished fair faced concrete surfaces, executed with extreme precision to ensure material continuity, durability, and refined visual quality. Concrete is employed not merely as a structural material but as an architectural medium, giving the house a monolithic, restrained presence that reinforces the relationship between form, structure, and landscape.
