⚙️ Introducing our new HFFR extrusion head
Eurotek’s new extrusion head was developed to achieve the highest production capacity ever reached for the same cable cross-section, while maintaining precision, process stability and safety.
Combining thirty years of extrusion expertise with advanced flow simulation software, we analysed the rheological behaviour of highly demanding compounds, including XHFFR materials, under high-speed processing conditions.
The analysis showed that conventional systems can generate a significant increase in internal pressure as production speed rises. To overcome this limitation, we developed an entirely new flow-channel design from the ground up.
The result is an extrusion head designed to deliver:
🚀 Higher output and faster production speeds without compromising concentricity
🛡️ Stable operating pressures within rated limits
🌡️ Controlled material temperatures through optimised flow-channel geometries
⚙️ Consistent quality and performance throughout long production runs
This new solution represents a significant step forward in HFFR cable extrusion, combining higher productivity with reliable and controlled processing conditions.

In 33 anni non abbiamo mai perso la testa. Anzi, ne abbiamo progettate e create migliaia! ⚙️🎂
Traguardi come questo non si raggiungono per caso. Da oltre tre decenni, Eurotek realizza soluzioni all'avanguardia nel settore delle teste di estrusione, mantenendo lo sguardo rivolto al futuro senza mai perdere di vista la qualità e l'affidabilità che ci contraddistinguono.
